HISTORY:

 We has two Visual SDS8S-1418 Fully Automatic Eight Station Rotary Blister Sealing machines. These were purchased in new 2001. One of the machines has produced several million packages. The other has only produced a few packages. These machines are of the current Visual design with the dual vacuum pumps, etc. These two machines have an extra feeder added. If your product is flat and could be fed from a magazine then these may be of advantage to you.

Description: Visual's fully automatic rotary and carousel type blister sealing machines are ideal for high volume or JIT production.These machines can achieve speeds up to 15 cycles per minute. Model SDS8S-1418 and SDS16S-1418 are designed to feed blister(s),card(s), heat seal and discharge finished packages automatically. An impulse sealing option is available for sealing clamshell packages.

Operation: An accurate high-speed cam drive indexer is used for precision repeatability and is time and speed controlled to pace the operator(s) who load the product into the blister(s) as they index past the open loading stations. The machines can also run single cycle(s) by having the operator(s) depress the cycle start button for each new cycle. Sealing is automatic and controlled by the seal timer. Card(s) and blister(s) are fed from easy-to-load, quick-change feeder magazines.
